I care most about the parts of a product that determine whether someone stays or leaves: onboarding flows, conversion paths, the small friction points that nobody notices until they quietly tank your numbers. I've redesigned booking flows, built fleet management dashboards, and run A/B tests and I write about the outcomes in actual numbers, not adjectives.
